What payment methods do you accept?
All major CC’s, Check and cash.
How long does an inspection take?
2-4 hours.
Do I have to have an inspection to buy a home?
No, but it is recommended. However some insurances companies will require you to have a 4 Point report and wind mitigation in the state of Florida which we can do for you.
When should I schedule my inspection?
Usually, we are about 4 days out so the sooner the better.
How soon will I get my report?
Same day as inspection!
Do I need to be at the inspection?
You are welcome to attend but it is NOT required as our reporting software is SUPER easy to follow and I am always available for you to reach out to and discuss results if need be.
Can I get multiple discounts i.e. Military, Bundle Deal, First Responder...
Only one discount can be used on each appointment but we always make sure to get you the best deal we can.
