Incredible home inspector! Used them from my realtor buddy who referred. Incredibly comprehensive inspection that covered all parts of the house with pictures to match every area. Using these guys while afar purchasing the home has made me feel much more confident in my purchase. If youโre in the Emerald Coast, use them!

I contacted Emerald Coast Home Inspectors LLC to inquire about wind mitigation and 4 point inspection assessments. Dan answered promptly. He informed he could come out later that day after telling me of the fair market price of the inspections. The report was delivered later that day as well. I appreciated his timeliness so much I used his services for a rental home too!
