Water Quality tests w/Lab Report within 3-5 days!

Located on the Florida Panhandle along the Gulf of Mexico, Pensacola is Florida's westernmost major city. Analysts say it has the worst water quality in the country. Of the 101 chemicals tested for over five years, 45 were discovered. Of them, 21 were discovered in unhealthy amounts.

Government Recommendations like FHA/VA Water Testing

The Florida Department of Health suggests that even though most private wells are safe, there are those that have been shown to have contaminants that may have a serious impact on health -where testing should be done to ensure this. The EPA recommends annual testing of private wells for bacteria and chemical contamination. Many private mortgage lenders, as well as FHA, VA and USDA mortgages, require well water testing for lead, nitrites, nitrates, E-coli, and bacteria as part of their underwriting requirements.
